Processing Times:
Kindly allow 2 business days (Monday-Friday) for the processing of your order. Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times may vary due to a high volume of orders or during the holiday season. It is important to understand that processing time is different from shipping time. In some cases, our system may flag orders as fraudulent. Such orders will be immediately canceled and refunded. We may contact you for further information to verify your identity and validate the transaction, allowing you to retry the purchase subsequently.
Shipping:
All packages are shipped through UPS and require a signature upon delivery.
When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an updated email along with the tracking information. Once the carrier receives the package, The Airami Luxury will not be held responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Order changes cannot be made once your order has begun processing.
Returns/Exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our behalf.
In the event that a return is needed, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. The hair must be in its original state and packaging with the hair seal still intact. Items that have been used, brushed, or altered in any way will not be accepted due to public safety and sanitation reasons.
Once your return has been received, we will notify you if it has been accepted or denied. If the return is accepted your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded.
