Shipping Policy
All packages require a signature upon delivery.
When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an updated email along with the tracking information. You will receive your package within 7-14 business days after the 24-hour processing window excluding weekends and holidays. Once the carrier receives the package, if you choose to not require a signature Airami Luxury will not be held responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Order changes cannot be made once your order has begun processing (begins 24 hours after order is placed). If address or contact information is incorrect, please email Airami@airamiluxury.com withing the 24-hour window your order was placed.
